Some of the invitations are received at the Apartment in the terminal close to the kitchen-I think and only after you throw the party. It's been a while since I played the Citadel DLC ( am not an official game advisor, just a fellow gamer) but I remember that there were two sets of invitations. I don't know if this is a major glitch or something but I'm hoping someone else was in the same boat as me and can help me out. I made a save, did the party(managing to invite everyone) and finished but still no invites from anyone. Problem is no one is sending me requests to meet up. I haven't bought the party supplies yet either because I did my reading and people said I should meet up with everyone then do the party. The only two people I know I'm missing out on are Miranda and Kasumi(did Citadel before Sanctuary and didn't do Kasumi's mission). I've checked on Youtube and I'm missing out on a whole bunch of cut scenes with my people. Played a little more in the arena, went to other parts of the citadel, and then came back and still no other invites. I left the area, came back, and still nothing. Anyways, I met up with those people, went and played in the arena then came back to my terminal expecting more requests to hang out from the rest of my crew. As soon as the mission finished I went to the private terminal and met up with all those who had sent requests at that time(I believe it was Javik,Tali,EDI, Traynor, and someone else). If you don't think any of the above situations apply, you can use this feedback form to request a review of this block. So I've finished the mission for the Citadel dlc and started roaming around. When we get more abuse from a single IP address than we do legitimate traffic, we really have no choice but to block it. Unfortunately, so do spammers and hackers. IP bans will be reconsidered on a case-by-case basis if you were running a bot and did not understand the consequences, but typically not for spamming, hacking, or other abuse. Running a web bot/spider that downloaded a very large number of pages - more than could possibly justified as "personal use".
